Only TSA Locks are permitted, please do not use any other locks. If you do not have a TSA lock please secure your suitcase using a cable tie<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Protect Fragile items by individually wrapping them in bubble wrap and please ensure the prohibited\/non compensation list has been read and understood<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Place an additional label in your suitcase as an extra security measure<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">There will be an additional charge for any item larger that is overweight or oversized. An invoice will be sent to account holder for payment per T&amp;Cs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/article>\n                            <article class=\"instruction\">\n                    <div class=\"instruction__inner\">\n                                                <div class=\"instruction__content\">\n                            <h3 class=\"instruction__heading\">Packing Boxes<\/h3>\n                                                        <div class=\"instruction__text wysiwyg-wrapper\">\n                                <ul>\n<li>A new double walled box must be used for your shipment. Do not reuse old boxes. If double walled boxes are not used any claim may be rejected\n<ul>\n<li>We recommend these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globepackaging.co.uk\/boxes\/double-wall-removal-boxes\/16-x16-x16-double-wall-boxes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shipping boxes<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ensure it is able to sustain the weight of the contents\u00a0 \u2013 <b>Do not over pack<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use packaging material, ie\/ bubble wrap, for packing between the box and your items on all sides as well as top and bottom of the box<\/li>\n<li>Protect Fragile items by individually wrapping them in bubble wrap and please ensure the prohibited\/non compensation list has been read and understood<\/li>\n<li>Apply fragile stickers if required but note that that couriers operate automated solutions so it is important to package contents that can withstand automatic conveyors<\/li>\n<li>For all bike shipments, it is mandatory that robust bike boxes are used for transport<\/li>\n<li>There will be an additional charge for any item larger that is overweight or oversized.\u00a0 An invoice will be sent to account holder for payment as per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sherpr.com\/en\/terms-conditions\/\">terms and conditions<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/article>\n                            <article class=\"instruction\">\n                    <div class=\"instruction__inner\">\n                                                <div class=\"instruction__content\">\n                            <h3 class=\"instruction__heading\">Applying Labels &amp; Documents<\/h3>\n                                                        <div class=\"instruction__text wysiwyg-wrapper\">\n                                <ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your shipping documents will be available to download and print from your sherpr account 24 hours before your collection date. They can be accessed by going to my orders and then \u201coutbound labels\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For domestic shipments only labels are required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>For all international shipments, print your labels, 3x copies of your pro-forma or commercial invoice for customs purposes<\/li>\n<li>Place 3 x copies of the proforma\/commercial invoice in a clear plastic wallet or luggage tag and attach securely to the outside of your suitcase. We advise using cable ties to attach the wallet or luggage tag to the suitcase<\/li>\n<li>Print and attach reason for travel document in the same plastic wallet as the invoices<\/li>\n<li>For all shipments, please ensure that you print your labels and attach securely to the outside of your suitcase using a cable tie and luggage tag<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that you apply different numbered labels to each piece shipped. \u00a0For example if you are sending 2 pieces the labels will say 1\/2 and 2\/2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><em>Note: If sending multiple suitcases, the proforma\/commercial invoices only need to be attached to the item that has label 1 attached. The label will state \u201c1 of **\u201d and \u201cMASTER\u201d if travelling via FedEx. \u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">\n<em>On some routes, customs clearance require a power of attorney document which will be generated with your other documents.
